How is the index calculated?
For each industry and country we take the latest weekly Visibility Score of every business we track and report the average, the median and the middle half of scores, the average share of voice held by the top three brands, the most-cited sources and the share of businesses that block AI crawlers. A Visibility Score is 50% how often a business is mentioned in AI answers, 25% its position, 15% citations of its own website and 10% sentiment.
Why does an industry need at least five businesses?
We publish a figure only when it rests on at least five businesses, so no number can be traced to a single business. Industries below that stay unpublished until there is enough data, and we never name a business or show a customer's domain.
