Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Recomindo: the free check, the free tools, the trial and paid plans. Please read them before you start a trial.
1. Scope

2. The service
Recomindo measures how AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews) mention your business, and generates recommendations and content. AI answers vary from day to day: our scores are statistical estimates, not a guarantee that any AI assistant will recommend you.
3. Your account
Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity in your account. Only add domains you own or are authorised to manage.
4. Trial, plans and billing
Every plan starts with a free trial. The trial is either 14 days without a card or 7 days with a card; the sign-up or checkout page tells you which applies to you. Without a card, nothing is charged when the trial ends: you pay only if you subscribe, from the day you subscribe, at the price shown. With a card, nothing is charged during the trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, your plan starts and your card is charged the price shown. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout. Current prices are listed on our website. Taxes may apply.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in your billing settings. If you started a trial with a card, cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. Otherwise your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Partial periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Recomindo to probe systems you are not allowed to access, to overload websites, or to resell our data without an Agency plan. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Generated content
You may use the content we generate for you (FAQ texts, schema markup, llms.txt files, comparison pages) on your own websites. It is produced with AI and may contain mistakes, so review it before publishing.
8. Data protection
We process personal data as described in our privacy policy. Business customers who need a data processing agreement can request one at [FILL IN: privacy contact email].
9. Anonymized benchmarks
We use aggregated results to publish the AI Visibility Index. We never publish your brand or domain, and only publish figures based on at least 5 businesses.
10. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect.
